Looks delicious, love good bread. I like your ingenuity of diffusing the pop up flash!
Well, it wasn't the pop up flash. It was the $450 flash, just it was mounted on the camera and pointed straight up, into the bottom half of the alcohol bottle, which slips nicely down over the head part of the flash unit. Definitely want the left eye closed and the right one pressed against the viewfinder, or POP, you're blind for a minute.
